No. Files accessed through the connector remain stored in SharePoint. Media Manager gives users a Salesforce-side experience to access and manage them.

You need an active Microsoft 365 account and access to Microsoft Azure. An Azure App Registration is used to obtain the Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret required to configure the connection.
