Simply check the “Store File Information” in the configuration and add the related fields to the columns list. Downloading a series of files in a record is now easier with Media Manager in Tile View. Simply hold the Shift button and select the range of files you need, then click on the download button to get them as a zip file.
Mass Download of Media from Multiple Records: Streamline Downloading
In the File Browser, you can now download multiple “Files” and “Attachments” from various records with just one click. Note that downloading attachments has a limitation of up to 5 MB, and you can only download multiple files if their total size sums up to 5 MB.
Multiple Records Details Download Made Easy: Instant Data Export
With Media Manager Summer’23 release, getting the details of multiple records in one shot is simple. Use the File Browser feature to select the desired columns, then “Download Record” option from bulk download icon to download the records and their column level data as a CSV file.
