Selva Kumar, Vice President-Product Management
Selva contributes to the Product Roadmap and drives all features and enhancements for OneAccess UserManager. Selva has 13 years of progressive experience in SAP Basis and Security, working for well-known companies like Eli Lilly, Accenture, SAP, Dupont, Ogilvy Mather, Unilever, IPG NY, HMCO and the Federal Government. He has extensive experience in SAP Security, GRC Implementation, SOX Remediation and Technical Management, having worked on 12 SAP implementations over the last 13 years. He received his M.S. degree in Geo Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Rapid City in 1994 and M.Sc. in Applied Sciences from National College, Trichy, 1988.

Andi S. Giri, Vice President-Engineering

Andi works very closely with the Development team towards identifying appropriate technology, implementing the features, and giving shape to the Product Roadmap. Andi also drives feature prioritization and product customization to individual clients. Andi has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He has been involved in project delivery using security infrastructure, SAAS, Web services, B2B integrations and EAI . Andi graduated from Anna University, India with a BE in Electronics and Communication and the University of Maryland at College Park with an MS degree in Computer Engineering.

Dinesh Kumar, Development Lead

Dinesh leads the OneAccess development team. He is in charge of designing the product's data model and Java software modules. He also manages complex changes that the product frequently undergoes. He has a Bachelor's degree in IT from Anna University.

Jinesh Thangavelu, Java Developer

Jinesh brings strong expertise to the Reports and Audit Trail functionality of the product. He also works on test methodologies that help us enhance product quality. He has a Bachelor's degree in IT from Anna University.

Subash Kumar, Project Leader

Subash brings strong Web-based development and Business Analysis experience to our offering. He provides overall leadership and technical subject-matter expertise to the entire development team at Softsquare. He has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree.
